      Navigate to a free blog-hosting website on your computer. Such websites include LiveJournal, WordPress, Blogger and BlogSpot, among dozens of others.

      Use the blog site to create a free Web page, following the site's instructions. You will be offered layout choices and will be able to decide on a background, color, text, font, borders, features, page name and website address.

      Click "Create Blog" to open your page on the website and click "Create New Post" to start posting content to your site.

      Write a note about the music you will be sharing, add a relevant picture using the site's photo uploader or add a video using the blog's video uploader.

      Navigate to a free music uploading site, such as MegaUpload, Rapidshare, SpeedyShare, DepositFiles, HotFiles, ZShare or a variety of others. These sites allow you to upload a song from your computer, and supply you with a URL where you or others can download the song that you uploaded. For each song you upload, you are given a different URL where you can direct a visitor to download the song.

      Click "Upload" on the homepage of your music uploading site from Step 5. You will then be able to select a song from your computer to upload to the site. Click "Open."

      Wait as the song uploads to the site, and you will be presented with a URL link to your song once it has finished uploading. Copy this link.

      Paste the link into your unfinished blog post from Step 4 and click "Submit" to add the new post to your blog page, complete with music link, pictures and text.
